Outstanding customer service care. Even after my insurance company gave c &m a run around initiating solely the service delivery fee coverage not the commodity of the fuel itself  which was defined only on my end ) the truck operator decided that someone needed help so he took out of his own pocket the cost of fuel instead of having me wait even longer for help. I only put 5 stars so it can be seen by more people. I have never written a review before. But this towing company was absolutely comical. I needed a tow because I was on a little island by a corner. This wasn't my first pick but it was the only one open and closest. I spoke on the phone with another towing company and they explained to me what the towing company has to do with my car as it is lowered. Before the towing company came, we put two wood panels at the rear wheels, because all it needed was a little push. When C and M towing came we took pictures of our car. My car had NO DAMAGE.NONE. I explained to the guy that my car is lowered so can we try the technique the other towing company suggested. He ignored me and said "I'm going to do it my way". He attaches the tow to my car and before he continues to pull I scream STOP, STOP! IF YOU GO ANY FURTHER THE LIP IS GOING TO BE RIPPED OUT, STOP! HE doesn;t listen. Instead, once he hears the lip being torn, he finally decides he should stop. Mind you, not only did he rip the lip of the car off, my car had no progress in anyway of getting out of the island. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER. What I found so f*cking hilarious about this company. The man gets out, and say "that damage was already there". I quickly said, no it wasn't I have proof that my car did not have the damage before AND HE EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF MY CAR BEFORE HE TOUCHED IT. I tell him, what are you going to do, because I told you to stop and you didn't listen. He goes, that damage was there, that damage was there. I then proceed to call the service in which they answer only to find out it was me so they put me on hold. MEANWHILE, the tow guy LEAVES THE SCENE. He legit just drove away.
